Services for gitlab.csc.uvic.ca are being centralized to gitlab.uvic.ca

• Starting Fall 2026, all courses using GitLab should use gitlab.uvic.ca (not gitlab.csc.uvic.ca)
• Starting Spring 2027: gitlab.csc.uvic.ca will become read-only

If you have repositories on gitlab.csc.uvic.ca you want to keep, plan to migrate them to gitlab.uvic.ca before the read-only period.
